The inspiration for this prophetic painting came about during a time of worship at the Fall 2006 His Joy Ministries Conference. The worship team, Mercy and Truth, had entered into a time of deep worship. I was on my face before the Lord. I saw what I thought was a field of wheat moving in the wind. I saw the storm clouds were gathered overhead. Then, I realized that I was seeing people, intercessors with their hands lifted to heaven. As they were praying and praising, the clouds began to separate and the heavens began to open. The glory of God poured out onto them and onto the earth, to the harvest. I painted it during the morning worship session. When I revealed the painting, several people shared that they had seen the same thing. I hope this painting will inspire you and remind you to press past the dark clouds and lift your hands and heart in prayer and praise.
